Training: Software Development 101

January 23 @ 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Working with IT and need a better way to get your ideas across? Curious about what an API is?

Led by Adam Simonini, one of the current Code for Canada fellows, this workshop will cover the basics of working with data and code, as well as important considerations for digitizing a product. We’ll also discuss concepts such as APIs and open source software, and how they can be relevant to your own work.

Participants will walk away with key concepts and terminology to translate project needs into technical features, and the literacy needed for today’s increasingly digital workplace.

This training is for government members only. Members can RSVP here.
