If behaviour change is critical to your policy objectives\, then insights from the behavioural sciences can be instrumental. \nPolicymakers have a toolkit of tried and true approaches that help them serve the public across domains. But often the outcomes achieved fall short of ideal\, especially as programs are expected to do more with less. The recent introduction of Behavioural Insights into public policy does not proclaim a ‘silver bullet’ solution by totally upending ways of doing things\, but rather provides a new and exciting tool that can help improve outcomes by combining a nuanced appreciation of behaviour with rigorous evaluation methodologies \nJoin this workshop led by staff from Ontario’s Behavioural Insights Unit and the Behavioural Insights Team for an introduction to behavioural insights and how they could be applied to your own work. Through an introduction to the latest behavioural science perspectives\, international case studies\, and digital ‘whiteboard’ exercises\, participants will learn how to identify a specific behavioural shift that can help achieve a larger policy goal. \nIMPORTANT NOTE: This webinar is exclusively for PAID MEMBERS ONLY and will be taking place over WebEx – the link will be sent via email prior to the event.
